A quick visit.

Personnel were very nice and friendly and accommodations were fine. I think our room needs a new bathtub and the building itself need better outdoor lighting. We bypassed it on our way back to it at night. Other than that things went well.

Good over night stay

All of the staff we interacted were very pleasant and helpful. The were very professional. No complaints. Would stay here again. The only "complaint" was that there was significant rust / discoloration around the drain control in the bath tub. Overall the room was clean and neat. Was only a 1 night stay. Just needed a place to sleep and shower for the remaining trip. Of course I can only speak to the one room I stayed in. The other rooms may be better or worse so YMMV.

Premises are well maintained. The pool was closed, I’m guessing for renovation pr maintenance. Room was clean. Good breakfast options, but the quality of the orange juice for example was not the best and like that other items that one can tell that they buy the cheapest items they can find. Good was just okay, but the ladies there are a little rude. We saw one of them being rude to an elderly man because he was taking breakfast to his grand child to the room. We were sitting finishing breakfast and one of the ladies asked us if we were done eating because she had to close the dining area in a tone of voice that we didn’t appreciate. We were not getting any more food, we were only finishing eating. Regardless of this, Inwould stay here again 😊

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom badly need updating; rusty bathroom fixtures, torn upholstery on bedroom chair. Hotel was a bit difficult to find; driveway was gravel, did not look like a road.

Ok i guess

Using this app i booked a room that would have been cheaper if i had just walked up to the front desk. The staff was friendly. The room was okay, but the hot water was barely hot, the tv and cable were outdated, and all the metal fixtures were rusting. Bed was comfy and i slept well.

The property was run down and in dire need of restoration. The carpet needed replaced and the bathtub was rusted. The air conditioner was noisy and the nearby train was loud. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Adequate shelter, but not that nice.

La Quinta Inn was okay. One room was average not enough cool a/c. The bathroom had old towels that look like some years old. Another room the a/c was leaking water, but front said no another room were available to switch so we had to stay in same room with a/c leaking. Breakfast was good.

No ice machines were working. The swimming pool was green and closed. This is summer in Texas, no? There was a customer laundry that was non-functional. The room was clean, had good air conditioning; the bed , Cable TV & WiFi worked fine. We were just there for one night, so most of the non-functional things weren't a big deal. The $25 "Pet Fee" was a bit steep, for a "Pet-Friendly" hotel.

Was disappointed in this La Quinta. It’s a strange brand because some properties are impeccable and some like this one leave a lot to be desired. Lobby smelled of mildew, room smelled the same. The area of the room near the outer wall where the air conditioner was, was soaking wet because the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor. The room showed general spots of wear and tear. The shower had lost of water stains and small areas falling apart. The bed and linens were thankfully clean. I showed the staff the wet floor problem and commented about the smell. Was disappointed I was not offered something for my troubles. At check in the young lady working the desk was very pleasant. Overall for a hotel room over $100 this stay was a major letdown.

The evening shift associate was very nice, did not get the gentleman’s name. The day shift associate for Saturdays stay was rude and took forever for her to even come to the front counter to assist us. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The room overall was good, except the recliner looked like something they brought in from the street and the desk lamp had rust all up and down the shaft and base. The amenities they provide which is appreciated has a drop of shampoo in the container. Dollar tree sells at least 3oz bottles. This may have been .025. The cost of the room did not match the room and it was discounted!
