"Room was great. Easy check in. Location is easy to find and very walkable area. We were in town for a rugby game and the stadium is in walking distance. My only gripe was the parking garage they told us to park at down the street. The lights did not work in the garage, they all shut off all of a sudden after we parked, and myself and a good 5 other hotel patrons were walking around the garage with our flashlights into the stairwells trying to find an exit. Fast forward to the next morning, it says the garage is under construction and closed. All the lights are not working again. Yet again a bunch of people walking around the garage with flashlights to even try to find their cars. This was an awful experience. I recommend using spot hero and finding a different garage, we found a way cheaper one 2 blocks away on St. Paul, for $10 for the weekend. We ran into no issues, cleaning staff was very friendly. Although hotel is haunted we did not run into anything too spooky!"

"Overall the stay was great. However after the first night, housekeeping missed our room during their rounds. I had to call front desk for clean towels that evening. After 30 minutes none had arrived and I had to call again. They arrived promptly then. Location was fantastic. I would stay there again."

"A Fantastic Stay! The hotel is perfectly located with plenty of walkable interests or things that are easy to get to. The staff was incredibly helping. And the Poet, bar and restaurant, was the perfect way to start or end the day, if you wanted."

"The room was good. Clean and probably the nicest tv I've had in a hotel. The beds were fine. The AC broke over the first night however and was told in the morning someone would fix it. It didnt get fixed so I checked out early. Was told id be refunded a night however so that is good accountability on their part."

"We came To Town for A rugby event so there was a line at check in but nothing terrible to wait through. We were instructed to turn left around the block and pull into the parking garage and then get the ticket validated at the front desk before checkout. So we parked, went to the event, slept (very comfortably - good beds and good a/c), and then went to the front desk after eating their free breakfast (also good) and the woman told us that we had to have done that ticket validation before midnight. We explained that two different employees told us otherwise but the front desk agent was very firm stating that she couldn’t validate the ticket. If those are in fact the rules, then this facility needs to train ALL their check in agents to make it clear how to proceed with car parking and charges. The whole situation could’ve been handled a lot better and I was very disappointed in the customer service."
