Our room was very comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was very clean with an enormous bathroom with a bath and separate shower. A very quiet area with a lovey park a minute walk away. The breakfast choice was excellent and the full English was very generous. Would highly recommend 'The Beeches'

I wish I'd have stayed in King's Lynn, specifically The Beeches Guest House, months ago. I enjoyed a night of blissful sleep - best kip in five months! Leave the car behind - 5-10 min stroll through a lovely neighborhood park to the town centre. Delicious breakfast incl strong coffee (requested). Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was excellent with good quality food. It was also convenient to walk into Kings Lynn. However the owners, in particular Kevin was rude, had no manners and only spoke in one word answers. Hilary was not much better. They didn't exchange any pleasantries with us as we normally receive from other B&B hosts and were just not interested. Would certainly NOT recommend staying at the Beeches.

A great guest house for cyclists as it has a safe and dry shed for bicycles. Great location, friendly and helpful hosts, lovely, filling breakfast and all clean and well presented. I would certainly stay there again.
