"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I checked into my room but ended up leaving shortly after because the conditions were unacceptable. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the light switch was broken, and the door bolt did not work properly, which raised serious safety concerns. Overall, the room and surrounding area did not feel safe or well-maintained. Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to book another hotel the same day. I would not recommend this property, especially for anyone prioritizing cleanliness and safety."

"We stayed overnight prior to our cruise. Great stay. Within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, etc. Very clean and breakfast was delicious and high quality. My only wish is that check in was earlier than 4pm."

"This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We rented two rooms for ourselves and our family members, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not being properly maintained. The cleanliness was a major issue, our rooms did not feel sanitary. It also did not feel like a safe or appropriate environment for families with children. There was a strong marijuana smell throughout the property, in the hallways, elevator, and even outside, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Our floor also had a persistent odor that smelled like rotten food or trash, as if something had been left unattended for far too long. To make matters worse, basic necessities were lacking, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel stay. On top of that, the service was disappointing. Staff were either unavailable or unhelpful when we raised concerns, which only added to the frustration. It felt like guest comfort and basic upkeep were not a priority here. We ended up leaving after only about an hour because we simply couldn’t feel comfortable staying, and booked another place instead. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service. "

"The property was very clean the staff was helpful and friendly parking complemented commercial vehicles also and the breakfast was excellent I would definitely recommend this property and I definitely will return!"

"There was a huge cockroach in the room and the jets of the spa made water spray everywhere in the room. Also it was dusty as if it had not been cleaned. Also at night it was very rowdy. Likely not returning and would not recommend. "
