Baseboard trim is peeling off, there was a pretty major water leak coming from the shower/tub above us. Fortunately it was dripping on the shower unit and not the walls directly. The walls need to be fixed and properly sealed, as you can feel the humidity in the room unless you keep it ice cold. "

"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."

"I’ve always enjoyed coming back home for major holidays. I love to stay at the chalet’s but however, the mattresses on the beds are horrible. They’re very hard. They’re uncomfortable upon arriving getting ready to take my shower. I didn’t have any hot water so I had to call maintenance to come in like the hot water heater. I think it can be a little cleaned especially sanitize more due to a lot of Cleaner and things are still going around,etc as of viruses and germs. "
