"Everything wonderful overall 10/10. Kind friendly staff. Clean building and rooms. Nice spa. We extended our stay 3 days more as we liked it so much. A suggestion: As many Europeans and Americans have Celiac Disease/gluten allergy, please consider reviewing Celiac Food Handling guidelines to avoid cross contamination of gluten free food with crumbs of gluten. It was great that you had a friend egg or omelette station at breakfast but it was next to where waffles or gluten was handled and same person was handling both so our celiac kid was unable to have the eggs. It was nice you had gluten free cake today but it was next to gluten cake that was above it and below it on same serving display. the same serving spoon was used and the gluten free cake had crumbs of gluten on it. "

"ホテルは周辺にレストランなどが多く、立地はとても便利だと思います。ノイバイ空港からはGrabタクシーでおよそ50分弱、料金は日本円で約2,500円でした。 ホテルは大通りに面していないため、窓を閉めれば室内はかなり静かです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、英語と日本語の両方で対応してくださるので、わからないことがあっても安心して相談できます。 今回は滞在中、屋上の露天風呂を利用する時間が取れなかったのが残念でしたが、次回宿泊する際にはぜひ利用してみたいと思っています。 "
