"Great hotel overall and very nice, but I do wish it had been cleaner. My room and parts of the facility didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. Also, some of the staff weren’t that friendly. For those reasons, I give it 4 stars."

"I booked this hotel for my wedding, the lobby is very nice for pictures but the rooms are very basic and small. The staff are very nice but I gave a 3 star because my steamer-was stolen by who ever cleaned the room and I’m very disappointed with that. The parking is too expensive and don’t see why we should be paying for a parking in the first place."

"Check in was pleasant, Room clean except for a strange thing found on sheets in the morning, looked like a piece of cough drop or gummy stuck on fitted sheet, gross!! . There were two queen beds, the one we chose to sleep on creaked every time we moved, and got woken up at 5:30 am by the alarm clock that we did not set! Love having free breakfast, all good except chicken sausage. "

"The hotels.com and Motel6 was crazily inflexible. I'd accidentally booked a smoking room (apparently that is still a thing), and despite there being 6 empty non-smoking rooms they could not just move me into another room without having me pay for both rooms. The guy was like: "computer says no"."

"The location was great, right off the highway. Staff was super friendly. Room was.clean. The best was the bathroom mirror, it had a section that did not fog up after a shower! The temperature in the room was also perfect. "

"Hotel was fine…just old and HVAC is questionable…they only have heat or no heat in all buildings…outcome was super hot when we returned at night and we told to turn off the fan and open a window…there is no way (in any building at Rutgers) to adjust cold or heat settings 😳"
