Great hotel

From our initial greeting from the concierge to settling our account every member of staff made us feel valued and judged the level of attention just right. The room was very comfortable - great bed, bathroom and view from the windrow. We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

We were welcomed by Sheila, the co owner who offered tea beside the log fire on our arrival. We shared their lovely home for the booked 2 nights & then stayed an extra one! Breakfast was served by Sean & was at the time requested & of very high standard. On our return after dinner ( at local restaurants) there was an offer of tea or coffee each evening , no matter how late we were. Sean was very helpful & knowledgeable with planning our days out to the Ring of Kerry & evening meals

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

One night stay but wish I could have stayed longer although I had been looking for a hotel closer to Killarney centre the Fossa walk from the Hotel to Killarney (about 8 KM return) is suitable for all as it is flat all the way so good for walking or cycle and any age although day light hours more suitable, Taxi not expensive. The location is superb with views over the lake, rooms with a balcony (make sure you request overlooking the lake), breakfast superb with a good selection for all...

The location was really lovely, right by the river. I especially enjoyed breakfasts sitting by the window with a lovely view of the river, and there were so many delicious options to choose from as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well.

Fantastic hotel, and Sarah at reception was particularly helpful and friendly. My only criticism was the breakfast. Expensive and not particularly good, but otherwise we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

First class hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The food was delicious and full use of the spa was a lovely added bonus.

Incredible breakfast, from staff was incredibly accommodating in holding bags for us and securing a taxi to the bus station to Cork while it was raining. Incredible customer service!!

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the hotel and we, once again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superbly well equipped, with breathtakingly stunning views. From the moment we entered the hotel and met the concierge, Teddy, until we left three days later we were made to feel special. We were helped each with suggestions of where to visit and what to see. On the first evening after a tiring trip out to Killarney, we found the atmosphere in the adjoining Irish Pub, Jarveys, wonderful and welcoming. We spent one night in this beautiful hotel last week. It is located right in the centre of the town and very close to the start of amazing Ring of Kerry. We arrived at 2.30pm but room was not ready - check in is after 3pm. After a little discussion with the receptionist we were given another room where the guest had not yet arrived. Amazing staff, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and loads of choice each day. Parking was at public car park but hotel refunds the cost after stay. Very convenient location in the town centre. The room was big, loved the jacuzzi in the bath. Leisure centre was good, steam room, swimming pool and sauna.
