"I was unable to get the shuttle from the airport. The hotel did not pick up when o rang but cut me off. In the end I had ro walk with heavy luggage. Not good enough!"

"Doible bed for a couple just too small, no air con in a very warm room. We were given a disability toilet with lack of space for toiletries.. For €320 so not worth it & no parking.. wouldn’t stay there again"

"We stayed at the Carlton in a family room (two adults and two teenagers). Although we checked in late and left early, which meant we didn’t get to use all of the facilities, everything we did experience met our expectations. The room and hotel were spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortably above basic standards. It was remarkably quiet. Based on what we saw, I would expect the rest of the facilities—particularly the dining options—to be equally impressive. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Parking is well worth availing of, as the shuttle bus to the airport is frequent and completely hassle‑free. We will definitely use the Carlton again and strongly recommend this hotel "
