"Was like a maze to find your way to the rooms. Ceilings leaky around main building had buckets around. Also, requested room for 3 Adults but only had a king bed & 2 chairs. Had to get a rolling out bed."
"Clean the hot tub/spa! There is mold/algae/dirt all around the intake at the bottom of the spa/hot tub. Clean/add chlorine to the pool. It's very cloudy and our skin itched after we got out and went back to our room. Also, our room keys stopped working early this morning and we had to get the house cleaning people to get us into our room twice. All in all, this was a disappointing stay, especially by the standards we have become accustomed to at Hilton properties!"
"Clean room that’s been well kept, great location (walkable to Coconut marketplace and a quick drive to many local eats), friendly/helpful staff, good A/C & fan in room"
"Great hotel in a more secluded, not as touristy part of the island. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Good amenities and helpful staff.
It can get a bit noisy in the evening as non-hotel guests come to the bar and restaurant, but otherwise a great, relaxing experience!"
"Even with rainy days the staff was friendly and so kind. More then enough food options if you want to stay on the property. Room was spacious and huge ceilings "
"Perfection! AC was awesome, view was amazing, SO close to the ocean. Wonderful staff ~ so kind! Not fancy, but absolutely wonderful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! "
"Philip was very helpful with tips and other info at check-in. All staff friendly, courteous and generous. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruit, good coffee and pastry selection. Pool policy excellent, although didn't have time to use it. Lots of chickens, cats and even a peacock on grounds made it interesting. A bit farther from airport than expected, but not an issue. Would stay again!"
