"On the website it stated they had complimentary s’more kits to use by their outdoor fire pits. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about. I had two little boys that were disappointed that they couldn’t make s’mores. It also said the same thing on the napkin holders while eating breakfast. Our tv had issues and we needed a person to come to the room to deal with the receiver."

"Fantastic accommodations less than 1/4 mile from Amtrak station - just walk straight up the road a couple of blocks. Very friendly, helpful staff; comfortable and cozy beds; large rooms with newer furnishings; beautiful lodge-like feel; rooftop terrace with fire pits and comfy seating, and large, rectangular hot tub; great happy hour offerings. Everything is walkable from the hotel - tons of restaurants, diners, coffee shops, bars and shopping options."

"We stayed at Apres Whitefish for 4 nights while attending a conference nearby. Lovely, quaint hotel. The only downside was there is no elevator, however our front desk helper carried our bags up for us so all good. There's a refrigerator in the room and a microwave in the common area. I wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful common area a little more. Beds were comfy and room was clean. The only real downside for me was that I wish they offered drawers to unpack my clothing - I hate working out of a suitcase. No gym or pool, but we did lots of walking instead. Highly recommend. if you don't mind the lack of a place to unpack your clothing."
