"The Gifu Washington hotel was in a great location. It is an very easy walk from the JR Rail Station to the hotel. Then, the bus station that has busses the go up to the Ukai fishing area is just across the street for the hotel, so easy to get around with just public transportation! "

"Came back a second night. Since we were still in the area another night. The new front staff were good. Bedding room and bathroom were all clean. Room was still what I would call old/dated but well kept. Just not the carpet. Carpet was well stained, old and thread bare in places."

"It was a clean and confortable place, but anyway, I don't know why, there was nobody for my check-in, nor the six days I stayed there, I only saw work people there two times. So well, it's a good place, but if there's nobody to look after it, well, you can't ask for help or maybe end up sleeping over on the street. Also, in japanese night there's practically no streetlights and it was almost imposible to find the place (it's like hidden behind and enormous stone wall)"

"Staffs were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to Gifu station and the bus terminal. But I have to say this is the first Dormy Inn that is suboptimal on the cleanliness. Room floor was dusty, shower room is mouldy, room window has webs. "
