Hotel Resol Gifu
I did not partake in the breakfast as there was a Sukiya 10m from the hotel. Room was clean, spacious, even Ethernet cable was provided for laptops. You get new water and towels every day which seems like overkill but is appreciated

The property is well staffed and trained with the rooms which are spacious due to high ceilings. Rates are reasonable.
