"The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do.
The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand.
The room smelled musty.
There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub.
The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. "

"Parking was great, room was across the main office, and the room was very clean. We, took this hotel into consideration because breakfast was offered, I think it should be mentioned that this is a grab n go breakfast bag. With breakfast bars, mandarin and apple. I guess we were just expecting at least cereal, bagels or orange juice. "

"The property is about location. That’s its draw along with the history itself. The room we chose was large and lots of windows, bed was comfortable but needs more pillows. Also would’ve liked more than 1 small toiletries for 2 people. The building is cool and the old elevator is charming. But the bar and lobby are really run down and not cozy at all. The speakeasy downstairs was cool, good drinks and decent food but it’s a bar. Not a “speakeasy. But the worst part - the noise and drag racing until 3am - they did provide earplugs but we never saw them because they weren’t near the bed at all. So sleep was not a thing and we like sleep. Overall, the staff was kind and the room was good, location was its draw. We likely wouldn’t stay again. "
