You can definitely tell it’s an old Holiday Inn but that’s not a bad thing. The bathroom was on the small side but the room itself was a good size. Great location near stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

"The best rooms in the area. Roomy bath, a second sink outside of the bath with fridge, microwave and coffee bar in that area. Lots of room in the main bed area. I wont stay anywhere else."

Staff was friendly and came quickly when called despite my not being able to check in until 1 a.m. The room had some wear but was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as it should. The location is very easy to get to and the views of the lake are very nice. I would recommend staying here even if it was more expensive, but since it was not, I would recommend staying here over any of the alternatives in Plattsburgh. "
