"WiFiは繋がりやすく客室は綺麗でした。スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切です。空港の近くなので、ルクソールに行行く時などおすすめです。部屋にはドライヤーがないのですが、借りることはできます。エジプトのホテルはどこもそうかもしれませんが、暖房がつかないので寒がりな人は防寒具は必須です。"

"I had a wonderful stay at Royal Maxim Kempinski, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the outstanding staff who made our experience truly memorable. Special thanks to Mrs. Merna from the Front Office for her exceptional professionalism, kindness, and cooperation. She went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Chef Hosam and Mr. Mahmoud at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The food quality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made every meal enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly look forward to visiting again."
