"Hotel was recently renovated and super clean. Room was so spacious and so clean with all new furniture and mattress and bathroom millwork. The lobby and amenities were newly renovated and great. The bathroom was so clean. While the hotel is located by the highway, I was not bothered by the sound of it. Very great staff made the experience even better. The breakfast was the fun part with new coffee machines and quality coffee to start the day fresh. Overall I highly recommned this hotel."

"Okana is a super fun place for families, and the kids absolutely loved the indoor water park. The rooms feel almost brand new and were in great condition overall. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, coffee maker with coffee, and an in-room safe. My only concern is with some workmanship details that could become bigger issues over time. The sink faucet in our room was not tightened properly to the counter and wobbled, and the wall-mounted light above the nightstand was loose, rotating and falling out of position. If similar issues exist in other rooms, it could create a maintenance headache down the road. Management may want to have contractors go back through the property to tighten faucets, secure fixtures, and address these small installation details now before they turn into larger problems. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return."

"It was alot of ants in thr room and the room smelled like mildew there was a large water mark on the ceiling maybe thats why also it seems like when we used the sinks water leaked over the counters i did not ask for another room cause when i tried to book a second connecting room i was told there were no vacancies "

"We had an extremely nice handicapped room at the Best Western! The staff was very helpful by bringing a shower to the room and putting it in the shower for my husband! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of items to choose from! Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend the hotel to others!"

"The girls who did check in were professional and completed everything well but were not very personable and honestly seemed miserable to be there 😭 but we loved the room everything smelled cleaned and looked clean. Bed was comfortable everything was stocked. Pool and hot tub ready. Breakfast looked yummy and parking was easy!! Overall loved it even though our room was a bit worn. Walls were cracked/ chipping and the door to the bathroom was broken but that didn’t matter since I was only with my husband "

"We arrived in automatically did not feel safe. It looks like a run down building. They didn’t have the room we booked and then told me if I’m staying I need to pay an additional $100 after I had already paid online for two nights. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
