The room didn't have a microwave which I felt was odd and inconvenient. There was no way to reheat my leftovers. A microwave doesn't cost much and would go a long way as an added feature.

The room, bedding and my clothing after 24 hours was very damp and I had mildew growing on my clothing in the wardrobe. The pools were nice but disappointed that the larger pool was closed for 2days while the surrounding area was being cleaned and the pool bar wasn't open. The Breakfast was adequate but had little choice if you don't like cooked stews/vegetables for breakfast.

Great hotel, beautiful grounds and pools. Designed for families. Waterslides and kids pool was great. Pool access room was amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing. So many options. Highly recommend.

Despite arriving at the hotel on time, we had to wait over two hours for our room to be allocated, which was quite disappointing, especially as we were traveling with small kids and were already exhausted after a long flight and a journey from Phuket to Krabi.
