"I recently stayed at Krabi Resort and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for the price and standard being advertised. The main concern is the level of staff training and responsiveness. Basic guest handling seems to need improvement, as service requests were not followed through. We reported issues with the room air conditioning and fan, but no one attended to check or resolve them. The air conditioning itself was ineffective during the day, despite being set to low temperatures, and only became slightly cooler at night. The restaurant experience was also below expectations. Breakfast options were very limited and lacked variety, especially considering the charges. There were minimal multi-cuisine choices, with most offerings restricted to basic Thai dishes and omelettes. Overall, the resort has potential in terms of location, but service quality, maintenance response, and F&B offerings need significant improvement to justify the pricing. At its current standard, it does not provide good value for money."

"I confidently say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The only good thing about the place is the location. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Krabi, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Here is a breakdown of why this stay was so frustrating: - Misleading "Sea View" Rooms: I booked a sea view room specifically for the scenery, but calling it a "sea view" is a massive stretch. You can barely see the water unless you lean out the balcony and twist your neck left, and it certainly doesn't live up to the premium price or the marketing photos. - Insufferable Noise Levels: Sleep is nearly impossible here. There is a nightclub directly across the road that blasts music late into the night. To make matters worse, the room doors are equipped with loud alarms that trigger if they aren't shut perfectly. If a guest down the hall or across from you doesn't slam their door shut, you’ll be listening to a piercing alarm all night. - Dismissive Management: When I brought these issues to the staff, the lack of accountability was stunning. Management showed zero concern for the guest experience and flatly refused any form of compensation or resolution except moving me to a different room a few nights later. They only seemed to be concerned when I showed them my complaint to the Thai consumer affairs board. They also said they would remove some of the pool bar purchases from my bill and as expected this didn't happen. Overall, the combination of a loud enviro"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Blusotel in Krabi. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance and plenty of great places to eat and explore nearby. The swimming pool area was lovely, and the food served around the pool was delicious and very reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day out. A great hotel in a great location — we would happily stay here again."

"Nice resort. It’s on a beach but not a swim able beach. Most of the staff was friendly. Resort is 10mins ride from Ao Nang beach and town. The have one restaurant on site but there are a few on the beach that are walkable. Onsite scooter rental was a good feature but they will keep your passport. Overall we had a good time."

"Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel experience, especially for the cost."
