"I think Expedia needs to do a better job at vetting the properties; I booked this for my relatives for a short stay at Nainital and they absolutely hated it. It was a last minute booking so i didn’t realize the address is very generic and no contact number listed. Rooms and bathrooms were smelly and the experience was really poor. Not senior citizen friendly and no parking."
