We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level. 2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel. I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.

If you want to cover Nainital by staying in Bhimtal then it is the best option. Hotel has ample parking space and it is located on the main road. Other aspects like food, cleanliness, rooms etc are also equally good.

Good choice if you want to stay a little away from the crowed city noices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and lovely. Food is also fine. Enjoyed our family outing here.
