The front desk was Amazingly Helpful ,genuine , it a lovely property over looking through lake.
For Wheel Bound people - You need a ramp ,they actually have a Wheel Chair ,I am sure the other will look into it .
Food was very good n huge gym which is quite popular

Its like heaven on earth just in centre of jungle.
With awsome staff spcly Nilson sir the manager of the resort. He was very humble and supportive.

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks!
The food and drink on point too.
Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...
