Very Poor Management, I had booked a room at this hotel well in advance, expecting a smooth and hassle-free check-in. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that no rooms were available due to overbooking. This was incredibly disappointing and inconvenient, especially after a long journey. Last-minute denials reflect poorly on the management’s planning and customer service. the hotel should improve in its reservation management system to avoid such incidents.

فندق ممتاز من ناحية تسهيل الدخول والحجز والاستقبال جيد ونظافة الفندق والغرف ممتازه ينقصه فقط متابعة عاملي النظافه في حال طلب تنظيف الغرفه عن طريق اللافته لم اجد استجابه خرجت 5 ساعات تقريبا ورجعت وما تتظفت الغرفه رغم اني بلغت الشاب اللي في الاستقبال بطلب التنظيف قبل ما اخرج
