"The venue was okay, and the staff were great — friendly and tried their best to be accommodating. However, some policies were not clearly communicated at the time of booking, which caused unnecessary frustration at check-in. For instance, we were not informed about restrictions on bringing alcohol into the rooms or the number of guests allowed per room. Additionally, the listing on Expedia stated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, we were told that no breakfast was provided. Better transparency around policies and inclusions would have made for a smoother experience."

"The B&B is in Loktion community but inside the rooms they did a great job to make it very comfortable. Bedding and cleanliness is great and one doesn't hear noise from outside. Rustenburg at large lost power at a massive magnitude but the staff went an extra mile providing warm bathing wster in the morning. Keep it up!!!! It meant a lot to me!!!!"
