"Stayed in winter for skiing. Nice room with a view of the mountain. Spa amenities were exactly what we needed after day of skiing. Workout room is one of the best we’ve experienced. Proximity to resort with the free shuttles was excellent. Staff is super friendly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy! "

"The photos of our rental made it seem like there was a large living room included in the rental. What we got was essentially 1/3 of an entire apartment with a terrible kitchen built into a hallway and bunk beds in a closet with no real place to eat for my family over Thanksgiving. I was so disappointed in this place due to the small size, the cleanliness, it having multiple issues including a floor heater that made terrible noises on average every two seconds all night while we tried to sleep and general distress of the property. When the I let them know about these issues, they offered a small refund, but this did not overcome the terrible sleeping conditions and outright attempts to deceive on the website that they said they fixed after my complaints. Would never recommend. "
