4/5 - Good
Not livedin Keynsham for 26 years but will always be home

The bed was comfortable and the bedding nice. I had tea and coffee making facilities with lovely biscuits. The shower worked well. The double glazing made it really quiet. The staff were really friendly as always

The upgrade room was very spacious and well presented. We did try and book the swimming pool but unsuccessfully. Staff were very helpful and always attentive. Will definitely stay with this brand of Hotel again

It’s a quaint little town. It’s a shame it’s Rees Mogg country.
