"Large comfortable clean apartment with somewhat outdated furniture and large cathode ray TV. Noisy air conditioning unit that didn't quite benefit the bedroom at the other end of the apartment
Provision of a kettle and possibly a toaster would have been appreciated - we had to boil water in plastic cups placed in the microwave oven
The property advertises a buffet breakfast - this is very modest, apparently consisting of coffee, bottled orange juice, cartons of yogurt and wrapped cakes
There is ample parking adjacent to the property and nearby retail outlets including a choice of bars and restaurants which are within easy walking distance
Although we didn't use the swimming pool it looked clean and inviting and was certainly popular with other customers
Similarly, although we didn't dine in the Mexican themed bar on site, we were welcomed by friendly staff and enjoyed a couple of beers. We remarked upon the delicious looking meals and generous portions
We conclude that this establishment is ideally situated as a stopover opportunity albeit expensive compared to others en-route to the more southerly Florida Keys "
"Front rooms we were in must be OLD. The road noise was bad but even worse was the music the bell staff or desk staff plays very early in the morning on speakers just outside these rooms. On vacation and getting woke up at 7 a.m. was bad. Not worth the money for sure."
"The pool was fantastic and the property was great! The staff was amazing especially Nicole the bartender!
The only thing I would change is the TVs. We couldn’t watch any movies etc. couldn’t use Netflix
But everything else was fantastic!"
"It was an old property- pool was very nice but heated and much too warm to be enjoyable. We were excited to swim in the ocean and they had a very nice beach but was informed that 3 crocodiles lived in the area and we are responsible for ourselves if we choose to swim - we did not but others did - room was old but ok "
