"Check in ended up being a fiasco. I had booked through Hotels.com, received confirmation from them. When I got there, the lady said there was no reservation under my name but someone with the same first name, different last name. I showed her my confirmation and that it was paid for etc. Ultimately came down to that I think Super 8 screwed up my reservation bc they gave my room to someone else with a different last name than mine. My son (who is almost 30) and I had to sleep in a kIng size bed! I had ordered 2 queens. A little awkard for sure. And then the house keeping came knocking on our door at 10:30am, when checkout is at 11am! I told her to give us until 11am but she came back again knocking on our door about 5 minutes till 11. I have NEVER had housekeeping come knock on my door before check out time. I think it was pretty rude. I will not be staying at this hotel again."
