"Excellent stay. Room was very clean, breakfast was good and the people were extremely nice. I was confronted in the food area about having my legitimate service dog in that area, but once I explained that she’s allowed to go everywhere with me. The lady did back off. "

"The experience was exceptional. We booked a queen-size bedroom with a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was too hard and old to be comfortable. A staff member checked in on us while we were having breakfast, and we mentioned the issue. They addressed it promptly by sending a clean and comfortable bed to our room. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and spent nearly four full days entirely on the property. Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niha, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, particularly during the checkout process and with the arrangements afterward. There are only two minor points for improvement: slippers were not provided in the room, and basic hygiene amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a shaving razor were not available. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel. Thanks"
