To cold for pool. Rooms just plain dirty. Bath tub walls old hair stock on them. Towels stained . Spiders. Extreme humidity inside the room. Floor was so damp we had to keep wearing shoes.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
