Booked to stay on Snow Hotel, Travelled all the way from USA, got to the snow hotel only to find out that NO snow hotel was made this year. DId not get any email from Expedia nor the hotel about any cancellation on the part of the hotel. SO FRUSTRATING. WASTE OF MONEY.
