"Fabulous inn and location, great staff, excellent food and service. On site spa was a bonus! Highly recommend staying here, just wish we had longer. "
"Its a dairy farm guesthouse. We stay here for two nights. The lady who greeted at us was ver friendly. She tour us around the farm and let us see the baby cows and seeing how they milking the cow. Very lovely experience.

"By far the most beautiful private space we stayed in while in Iceland. It is very secluded, quiet and the unassuming exterior conceals an interior that will take your breath away. The price seemed a bit high when we booked it, but after experiencing it first hand I feel it was worth every krona and then some. I would love to have stayed a few days so I could really soak in the farm and become even better friends with the resident ponies! It was everything I was hoping it would be! "
"We were expecting more of a farm experience but we just got a little lodge on the farm. There wasn't really anyone around or anyone to contact about any potential farm activities. It was a nice stay but if you're looking for any type of farm activity, you might want to stay somewhere else."
"Katerina was an outstanding receptionist and got us situated in the area. Our wait staff at dinner (young woman from Czechia) was also very helpful and friendly, as was the receptionist on our departure."
"The location was nice! Close to a few towns and the ferry for the Westman Islands and the waterfalls! The rooms were clean as well as all the common areas! This was the first time at a guesthouse so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a nice stay!"

"This was the best place that we stayed in Iceland. On a clear day, we can see the waterfall from our cottage. Bryndis and her staff were so easy to communicate with when we needed more household items. I highly recommend this place and we would rebook in a heartbeat."
"I was the first ever guest to check in to Hotel Loa. They were literally still building it out. They were warm, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Iceland. "
"This hotel was fantastic. We loved it. Food was wonderful and they were very accommodating with our food allergies and vegetarianism. The owner is lovely too. Only complaint is that even with a fan the rooms are very warm, but that seems to be the case in all the hotels here. "
"We loved our stay in a glamping tent here. It was the perfect chill out between hiking the laugavegur and fimmvorduhals trails. The little sauna is great after hiking, the staff were so helpful and the trails in the area are fantastic. Walk the orange trail, the glacier views are amazing! "
