"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

"A wonderful, charming little hotel where everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and always happy to help. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and full of character. We especially loved our terrace overlooking the koi pond—it created such a peaceful atmosphere. Our teenage children absolutely loved it too. We would happily stay here again."

"Stay was ok, bed was clean and room mostly clean. Place was a bit run down though and shower took ages to heat up. I think for the price you could probably get better in the area. Unfortunately also when we booked it said breakfast included, we were told when we stayed that they haven't done breakfast since covid. I have had to contact expedia regarding this."
