I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs. "Good location, near to many attraction place by driving distance & just beside the Restaurant Hong Xing Dim Sum. Soundproof for the hotel room is bad, we can hear from the room when others people talking at the corridor. Room & Bathroom is clean & tidy but the staff who clean the room certainly sprayed a lots of Air Freshener which is a NO NO for me & my family member as we have sensitive nose to the smells."
