"I experienced none of the issues some other guests have complained about. I had great internet service on an upper floor, the temperature in the room was fine, the service was efficient, outside noise was minimal. I thought my suite was unique, with an "office" feel in keeping with the building's history, and was very comfortable there. I enjoyed my stay and would return. "

"For a few day stay its not too bad. There was somethings that need work. For instance, the shower needed work on it for more pressure. The fridge didn't cool and the door to the room didn't shut completely at time you have to pull it shut."

"Hotel looked great, everything was in great shape, staff was helpful, etc. Breakfast was just ok. They had these chicken sandwiches which I didn't really like. Had them both days I was there. Would have been nice to have pancakes, yogurt, etc. Cream cheese was left out and was warm for the bagels. Parking was fine, but did not appreciate having to pay an extra charge for parking. Overall, I would probably look for another option in the future."

" I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Dallas. We walked in without a reservation and were given a room right away, but the condition was unacceptable. The first room we were assigned had what appeared to be blood in the shower. When we reported it, a housekeeper claimed it was “rust,” yet she was able to wipe it away with a tissue, which was very concerning. To make matters worse, there was leftover food still sitting in the refrigerator from a previous guest. We were then moved to a second room, but that wasn’t any better. The entire hallway leading to the room smelled strongly of marijuana, and the odor carried into the room itself, making it very unpleasant. Due to these conditions, we decided to leave within about 30 minutes. Despite this, the hotel refused to provide any refund. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. Cleanliness and basic standards were not met, and customer service did not resolve the issue appropriately. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room was Beautiful with a modern flair! The hotel was top tier and a great price for 3 nights! The staff was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Room was huge and amazing ! Shower was grand and hot and relaxing! Bed was so soft and comfy! Bar excellent and breakfast was fancy and tasty! My husband loved our stay here I loved our stay as well! We will definitely stay here again! My husband said it as we were leaving and he barely compliments anything! Until next time Lorenzo Hotel! 😘 P.S. didn’t even realize we I was booking that we were booking at the infamous hotel that Tina Turner escaped too! Wow!!! What an honor!! "
