"We had a great stay, room was large with kitchen. It also had everything you'd need in kitchen. Walking distance of 2 nice parks, only a 5 minute drive to the downtown area/farmers market. The only problem we had was working the electronic lock but called and he walked me through to get the keys. The outside was well lite and parked right in front of our room"

"The front desk staff were Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! They immediately replaced the refrigerator when we told them the freezer wasn’t working! We were disappointed at first because the room had no TV, but it forced us to talk with others and catch up on what’s happening in our lives! We’ll definitely recommend Arnott’s Lodge in Hilo!!"
