İçeride tabak kaşık vs. Herhangi bir şey yok.bunu bilerek hazırlıklı gelinebilir. Temizliği fena değil. Bir yıldız kırmamın sebebi banyodaki fayans bonbelenmilşti değişmesi gerekir diye düşünüyorum. " The historical buildings were renovated recently and turned into this wonderful hotel.Everyone was very professional, helpful as well as friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Kayseri itself is a good starting point for excursions in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Vorallem die Gästebetreuung (Göksu Hanim, Beytullah Bey) haben sich 24h um uns gekümmert. Auch über Whatsapp ständig erreichbar gewesen 🙏 Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Miniclub für Kinder. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Piste. "Vorab war tel. und per Mail für Fragen kein Kontakt möglich.Keine Angabe, dass Hunde in der Anlage sind!!! Innenpool war nicht nutzbar, da kaputt. keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. keine Getränkebereitstellung auf Zimmer (2 Flaschen für 3 Wochen) mußte 330€ extra bezahlen für 3x Abendessen!!! keine Angabe, was ein Abendessen kostet. 4x nicht genutztes Frühstück wurde mit einen Abendessen verrechnet?!
