In the city centre.

This is a nice Hotel to stay at in Keyseri. Right in the city centre. Easy to find and offers great value for money spent.

When I arrived in my room, it was really dirty. The floors were filthy, it didn't look like the bed had been changed and the shower had clumps of hair in the drain. The bathroom was generally dirty. However, the staff were very kind and accommodating when I asked to change rooms. I was immediately moved to a different room that was significantly better. The location is certainly convenient, within walking distance of the central area - restaurants, shops, Kayseri Castle, etc. But it's a bit of a weird area. Felt very safe though. Overall, you get exactly what you pay for! It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't have been able to stay longer.

Otel olarak delux jakuzili odayı seçtik.Odanin her yeri su oldu rezalet bir şekilde,Su sızdırıyor.Ayni şekilde klima çalışmıyor.Odanın ışık sistemi misafirlerden bağımsız bir şekilde sabaha kadar yandı uykusuz kaldık resmen.Keza kahvaltı saat 10;30 dendi ,Saat 10 gitmemize rağmen kahvaltının bittiği söyledi.Ama orada çalışan garson bey sağ olsun kendisi bir kahvaltı tabağı yaparak getirdi ve yedik.Bence o paraya kesinlikle tutulmaması gereken bir otel bir daha kesinlikle gitmem

Kaç hafta önceden oda ayırttığımız halde önce 2 kişilik ve tek kişilik yataklı oda olmadığını söylediler bide 3 uncu kişi için ödediğimiz halde tkr extradan üçret talep edildi hizmet sıfır sonra sabah resepsiyondakiler ise nedeseniz haklısınız dediler ama faydası yok o kadar yol geldik dinlenelim diye burnumuzdan geldi, bide oda temizliyenler ise maşallah konuşmaları hiç bitmek bilmedi herkes yatıyormu umurlarında değiller muhabbet kuşları gibi
