"Mountain mist is a beautiful homestay experience with comfort conveniences and the authenticity of small village Himalayan life. The family team have recently expanded into hosting more foreign tourists. You can be one of the pioneer guests We were collected in a modern 4x4 and served variety of local cuisine in six days. "Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely."

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

"Beautiful property, stunning views, very helpful staff - thank you for an amazing, peaceful stay!"

"Great"

"Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. "

"The place has a heritage feel, the staff is courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious with the staff even making adjustments for baby. Staff deserves all the appreciation!! Only thing that the first image of the garden on Expedia is still under construction hence adjust expectations accordingly."

"Sinclair's is an older, well-maintained, and attractive property, with beautiful views of Kanchenjunga. The street leading up to it is steep, and then are stairs leading up to the hotel and more to the rooms (no lift), so you need to be all right with that. (We're over 70 and had no problem.) The staff is lovely and go out of their way to help you. I'd single out Bragya--I hope I have her name right--for exceptional service, helping us find a taxi to Bagdogra at a heavily touristed festival...

"Loved it and the staff were great."

"A beautiful colonial building. The room was very spacious and clean with good views. Staff were very welcoming and were happy to help us in every way with excellent food in the restaurant. We would have no hesitation in recommending Arcadia Resort . "

"It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended"

"エクスペディアで表示されていたホテルの場所は、地図によると(ダージリン駅前)でした。しかし実際の場所は・・・「ダージリンの市街から1時間も離れている」との連絡が宿泊2日前に届きました。 旅行前からエクスペディアに問い合わせをしたのですが「自分で調べてください」との返事が続きました。きずかなったら遭難します。"

"Nice breakfast and view from property "

"Thank you staff of Ging tea house for making my dad’s birthday a very memorable and a special one . He came back home happy and relaxed. The food , the rooms , the staff were very helpful."

"Everything was amazing and awesome staff but room got extremely hot in evening, reaching unbearable temperatures."

"Well maintained. Good customer service."

"It's a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The mountain view room with balcony is spacious. However, the restaurant serves pure vegetarian food, no eggs are offered for breakfast."

"The location is really good and the service is amazing. The room design is also very spacious and modern looking, with good lighting. I only wish there was AC as it was a bit humid, and the room wasn't as clean as I am used to (some dust, dirt), but for the value it is an excellent stay, and the service of the staff was a highlight."
