Look no further! If you’re planning on staying in Kathmandu this is the hotel. Extremely clean safe property and the staff is experience and accommodating. The room was very clean. Nice faux wood floor with no carpeting. AC works great. Next to all the amazing shops in the mall easy access points to get to many of the surrounding temples. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning with local cuisine and fresh made omelette, fruit, and vegetable choices. I’d like to give an extra shout out to Riya, Priya, Gina, Aakrit, and Bina for going out of there way to make my experience so much better. I am looking forward to going back!

Amazing
Amazing hotel, in a great location of Kathmandu. Very clean, great breakfast buffet. And probably the best thing about the hotel is the amazing service and staff. I will definitely be coming back, next time I’m in Kathmandu.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Beautiful properly, excellent location. Room spacious and well appointed. The staff is excellent: kind, attentive, always helpful. Food at the restaurant spectacular. Half the price of similar properties. Don’t miss it!

NIce hotel in the Thamel area that is walking distance from most of the action. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are good. The restaurant is nice with good breakfast and dinner options. Overall, a good experience.

We had many bags when we arrived from the airport. The staff helped to unload them from the taxis and stored them for us during our stay. They were able to get us checked in early and the staff was always very friendly. Breakfast was much more extensive than I expected. Worth the money for sure! We have stayed here a couple of times when traveling through Kathmandu and we will be coming back.

For the 5 nights I stayed, only the first night I had hot water for shower. The remaining 4 nights, the shower water was COLD. Complained to front desk, said other rooms had the same problem and they'd fix it within the day, but the water just never became hot. Complained again, and nothing changed. The front desk people didn't offer anything (partial refund, etc.) as a gesture for apology. Having cold shower for 4 days in a roll was such a terrible experience especially when you were staying in a reputable hotel and the staff just weren't being helpful. Also shower water flooded onto bathroom floor easily due to cracks of door. Else was ok, but overall disappointed with the service and conditions. Location is great, safe and quiet, and walkable to Thamel.

comfortable stay but few points can be looked into rooms are small and we bang to fall all time because door tv and almirah all clash even people coming has to be careful clashing with TV Breakfast needs to add variety same breakfast really need to add items rest overall its good.

Hotel is at an excellent location ! Service and attitude of staffs are also excellent. Major drawback is the smaller rooms and no proper view from the windows as the property is surrounded by buildings. Quality of food can be improved a bit. One of the best part is the outdoor seating option at its restaurant. An arm's throw from the Thamel market makes it convenient to stroll and shop at night

The first room I was given smelled of mold. I'm highly allergic to mold and my throat started itching within 10 minutes of being in the room. I asked to switch, and the women who switched me was very kind and helpful. I know this wasn't her fault that there is a mold issue.

As a banking businessman for decades, I have been to many hotels all over the world. The service at this hotel is by far the best I’ve ever experienced, anywhere! Every time I go for breakfast it is literally like having a private caretaker immediately providing every need.

Amazing stay with Fairfield.. Location is really convenient and very aptly placed in Thamel near the shopping district.. Hotel is brand spanking new.. And very clean and well maintained.. Staff is courteous.. Great service from room service Staff and the front desk.. Specially need to mention Sunila and Dipesh who have gone above and beyond in making our stay comfortable.. I had missed some stuff in the hotel at checkout but was able to get it from the hotel thanks to Dipesh and Sunila.. If I’m in Kathmandu next will definitely stay at Fairfield Marriott..
