"Excellent property, everything was great service, location ,food, proximity to nature like river, waterfall. They organize nature walks for adults and lots of activities for kids and family members to keep them engaged. Rooms are spacious and have that rustic vibe to it. Staff is super courteous and food is amazing. Highly recommended specially for families."

"Breakfast was okay. Room service can be better. "

"Don’t be fooled with a 5 star rating of the resort. Neither facilities nor services meet 5 star standards by anyways. Why would you take a booking of 3 adults higher than for 2 adults for the same room when you already know three can’t sleep on one queen bed. Misguiding customers to pay more for mattress. Rude...

"Clean room, polite behaviour of staff"

"The place itself was nice, the only issue we had was that our mattress was really bad and we asked for it to be replaced, it was replaced but somehow it didn’t make a difference. Other than that the hotel itself was not that bad."
