only problem we faced was that there was no lift as we had big bags due to long travel.

A lovely apartment in a great location in the centre of Seefeld. The reception team were really nice and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and modern. I loved the balcony with mountain views especially.

Beautiful Decor. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Easy check in and check out. Great communication. I really couldn’t fault it and would recommend in an instant.

Perfect stay, wonderful staff, wonderful amenities! We were pleasantly surprised that the stubai card was included! Made the stay even better. Pool was lovely with an equally lovely view. Apartment was clean. Only small detractor was no soap/shampoo however shops are nearby. Will be coming back! Thank you all

Lovely base for our stay in innsbruck for a family wedding.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Der Pool und die Sauna waren auch sehr zu viel.

Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! Fantastic location in old town, with big spacious apartments

The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys

Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful.
