Can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the moment we pulled up to reception, every member of staff were so welcoming, attentive, and accomodating. The property itself is incredible; and our room had the most insane view of beautiful Mt Fuji. Everything was perfect and our stay was truly something unique and special.

This new hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and cozy. The onsen has a lovely view. Restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed. Staff are friendly, helpful, and provide service that was above & beyond. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was top notch. We came here to get away from Tokyo this is our first visit to this area and this hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and checked in, the staff also speak English and were very nice to us. They have a ton of items you can rent from board games to flat irons. The rooms are huge, the showers are amazing. We didn’t get to try the onsen this time but we will definitely be back. This hotel is right on a shopping street where you can shop for various items food and it’s even close to a lit Karuizawa sign area you can take photos this time of year. If you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo stay here. We did Hakone 3 times before we found this area and 100% would stay here over Hakone.
