This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. "I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. I spent 2 nights without meeting a single person. You guys have to remove this House of Baron 2 from your website. "

"We were given the wrong room initially, but were able to contact the property to get switched. Our rate said it included breakfast but we were told we couldn’t get breakfast without paying an additional fee. They did let us check in early which was nice! "
