"We have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service. The hotel is disgusting and untidy. There was ants and cockroaches in the bedroom. The bathroom was disgusting and had a terrible odour and mould on the walls. When we wanted to leave the hotel, it took over two hours. The staff were extremely rude and argued and even tried to threatened us by locking the doors when we wanted to leave. They just wanted our money!! It was the most horrific experience we have experienced. Avoid...

"You put my two sons and me in a hotel whose condition was far below any other hotel we saw in India. My son, who is an Army doctor formerly deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, was appalled by its filth and lack of facilities. Then, you sent me a form that gave no option other than I did or did not change MY plans. We changed our plans because you gave us an unacceptable accommodation!. Remove this hotel from your listing."
