If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out they were very good and flexible and accommodating to help you -

We had a great stay at Akana. It it close to a lot of things, and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely come back.

Balinese Style accommodation everything worked ,but it needs some sprucing up the bathroom is rather quirky but usable, quite a good position for Sanur not too far from the back and 5 to 10 minutes from Icon Mall .

Our overall experience was a 10/10!! The staff was incredible. They were welcoming, helpful, and extremely hospitable. The food was delicious. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The open air dining was romantic and quiet. Perfect for my wife and I. The gym is one of the best ones that I have had the pleasure of working out in. Most hotels have a cardio section and dumbells. Samata has that, PLUS a squat rack, a smith machine, leg press machine, cable machines, and... a boxing/kickboxing area!!! Awesome! We chose to have a spa day that included a 60 minute massage and a coffee body scrub. This was MY first experience doing anything like this, and I have to tell you that they set the bar super high! It such a relaxing experience and the coffee scrub left our skin feeling so smooth. My wife and I are already planning to come back to Bali with our kids and when we do, we will definitely be booking our stay here again.
