"Cool-looking exterior. Convenient for walking to many of the major tourist sights of the city. I did a long morning sightseeing walk in an attempt to avoid the heat of the day and returned just as breakfast was closing. They still let me eat and while doing so all the staff gathered to celebrate one of the hotel worker's birthdays with flowers, clapping, and pictures. Seeing that confirmed the very nice vibe I got from everyone there. What a lovely place! Wifi worked fine and shower pressure was good. AC in room worked great. Highly recommended!"

"とても良かったです。嫁と２泊しとても快適なStayが出来ました。部屋は綺麗で必要な物は揃っています。フロントのStaffもすごい親切で、Yandex Taxiの支払いで問題があった時も通訳していただき簡単に解決出来ました。場所もとても便利で街の中心の広場には歩いて簡単に行けます。 唯一の問題は朝ご飯は早く行かないと品数が少なくなっていました。早めに行けば問題は無いです。"

"The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. I had issues with my bank card when I first arrived and he had not appropriately addressed the situation to help me instead was threatening to call the police on me. Which as a solo female traveler in a country you are not familiar with and is your first time visiting is very distressing. If I wasn’t able to receive help from the hotel manger in Karakol I would’ve been very distraught. Again, I would do more research with hotel “partner affiliates” as they may not always put you in contact with the best person tourism wise. This was a good learning lesson for me but also want to warn any other travelers looking to book through this hotel."
