Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira. The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant. Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please do not hesitate to contact the manager if you come across any inconveniences. They will definitely look after you and ensure you are happy."

"The stay was OK, but I think I could have booked a better hotel for this price. The room was very noisy as it was towards the street and window isolation was not great. Lot of noise from the street during the night, which made sleep difficult. Also due to the isolation issue and heating not working properly, the room was pretty cold. Staff gave an electric heater, which mostly solved this. Staff were very nice in the hotel. Breakfast is great / lot of things to choose. Location of the hotel is great, you can reach main tourist attractions and nice restaurants on foot."
