Zum Glück spreche ich Thai! Das Frühstück ist schrecklich. Nur ein Messer für alle Gäste zum Butter und Marmelade auftragen!!! "This hotel is a fraud. I booked a room on July 12...showed up on the 27th, they took my Passport photo and personal info, then said they didn't have a room for me. Wouldn't give me a refund because they said they didn't receive any money. I was charged for the stay even though I didn't stay. It is a clever little scam they got going on at this hotel. They target foreigners. I filed a claim with my credit card agency and will report the fraud to Hotels.com."
