Easy walking down and cheap uber tuk tuk ride back up the hill after leaving city center. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kandy."

Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Owner recommended the rooftop restaurant for evening dinner, stunning 14 authentic Sri Lankan dishes cooked to perfection by far the best meal we have had all trip. If you are looking for a home stay style guest house with amazing food and wonderful hosts at a very affordable price then this is for you"
